Cysur is a 5 storey mixed use residential building consisting of 24 apartments and 6 commercial tenancies. Cysur occupies a modest 576-square meter plot in Brunswick. Its small size demands clever spatial design. Free from unnecessary extravagance and characterized by thoughtful simplicity, the project will emphasize subtle qualities often overlooked – such as volume, air, light, and texture – to craft spacious and inviting living spaces that foster a lasting sense of home and community for its residents. Cysur is designed by Swiss-based master architect Peter Märkli.

Nestled on the fringes of Lane Cove National Park, Shout Ridge stands as a testament to sustainable innovation, being the inaugural Australian project to attain a prestigious 6 Star Green Star – Multi Unit Residential Design v1 Certified Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
In this project, concrete plays a prominent role, with artisan-crafted curved precast concrete balustrades gracefully following the contours of the natural landscape. Additionally, the striking in-situ concrete facade serves as a defensive barrier against the bushfire prone area.
