Drew Hickey has built a distinguished career over 17 years, gaining invaluable experience at respected local tier 1 consulting firms and within a Fortune 500 company. Now leading facture. Drew is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the construction and development industries.
Throughout his career, Drew has overseen a diverse range of construction projects for both public and private sector clients across multiple industries. His expertise spans procurement strategies, contract negotiations, project performance optimisation, cost control, timely programming, and quality assurance. Drew is committed to delivering projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, ensuring efficiency and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
A firm believer in the timeless wisdom of Aristotle—"the whole is greater than the sum of its parts"—Drew applies this philosophy to every project, prioritising collaboration, synergy, and holistic solutions to achieve exceptional outcomes. Kate is a highly-skilled communications executive who leads our project
communications advisory offering.
Kate amassed a decade-long career straddling both public and private sectors, providing her with a rich tapestry of experience. With a solid foundation in project communications, Kate's diverse background has equipped her to navigate various landscapes adeptly.
During her tenure as a direct report for the NSW Resources and Energy Minister, Kate demonstrated her prowess by guiding her team through intricate and often contentious public projects.
Kate's stint with a major low-cost airline showcased her talent for implementing innovative internal communication strategies, aimed at bolstering staff morale and engagement. She personally engaged with frontline staff across key hubs, ensuring the seamless rollout of these strategies.
Before her transition to facture. Kate held the esteemed position of head of internal communications at Australia's largest alcoholic beverage company. Here, she led her team through a company-wide rebranding initiative, orchestrated all communications surrounding impending mergers and acquisitions, and spearheaded a transformative internal communication strategy to re-engage a disconnected workforce.
Outside of work, Kate finds joy in spending quality time with her family, indulging in swimming, traveling, reading, and passionately cheering on her beloved Swannies.
