Public Office is a new 13 storey mixed use commercial office building in Collingwood. Designed by London-based 6a architects and landscape architects Dan Pearson Studio. Offering 13,000m2 of NLA, Public Office is conceived as a dynamic center of creativity, providing a diverse range of spaces. These include small 'ateliers' for creative endeavors with access to a garden terrace, cost-effective artist studios, retail and hospitality areas, resilient and space-efficient offices to facilitate tenant growth, and generously sized floor plans designed to accommodate larger creative or knowledge-based enterprises.

Guymer Bailey was commissioned by Court Services Victoria (CSV) to undertake the fit-out design for 181 William Street in Melbourne. Encompassing six and a half floors, the project's cultivated a cohesive workplace environment that united all CSV Courts Group staff under one roof, fostering a strong sense of community.
The design scheme comprises various office zones, breakout areas, meeting spaces, a kitchen, tearoom, podcast studio, expansive training area, and an Executive Hub. Embracing the transition toward a hybrid working model, prioritising collaborative spaces and offering hot desk options to optimise individual desk space.
Designed with future adaptability in mind the meeting rooms can seamlessly transform into remote courtrooms, presentation venues, or large conference rooms as required.

Bates Smart was chosen to design a new workspace for UBS a leading global wealth management and investment banking firm.
The space includes a commercial kitchen, dedicated trading area, private end-of-trip facilities, critical equipment rooms, and a data center. Designed to the highest sustainability standards, the office is targeting a 6 Star Green Star accreditation.
